Rowing competitively for 20 years I developed chronic, sometimes debilitating lower back pain. Dr. Liz studied the x-rays and observed that my SI joint was “stuck” and was likely referring pain to my lower back. None of the doctors who studied my x-rays had mentioned this, and the PTs drills I had been doing were not focused on this possibility. After exploring my range of motion and a few collaborative manipulations on her examination table, I left Dr. Liz’s office PAIN-FREE! THANK YOU, Dr. Liz and Launch!
